Shipping & Returns

GENERAL INFORMATION

All Antila Clothing products are subject to availability.  We make every effort to ensure that the items on our website are available at the time of order however there may be occasions when due to multiple orders being placed at the same time we cannot supply the item. We will notify you as soon as possible if we cannot supply your order.

  • We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, supply only one part of an order or to divide orders for delivery.
  • Any items, prices, and services featured on AntilaClothing.com are subject to change at any time and without notice.
  • All product descriptions and specifications are approximate and provided for your convenience only.

RATES

  • Prices displayed on the Antila Clothing website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).  While we do our best to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur.  Should there be a pricing error for your order, we will give you the options of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling the order.  If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order cancelled.
  • Antila Clothing accepts payments via Mastercard, Visa and American Express through the Paypal system and bitcoin payments through BitPay.com. We do not have access to or store your payment information on our system.

GST

All sales within Australia are GST inclusive.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Antila Clothing offers free worldwide shipping on all orders.
  • If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email sales@antilaclothing.com as soon as possible.  We will make every effort to accommodate your request.   However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes.  Please refer to Antila Clothing’s return policy below if you wish to change an order after it has been processed.
  • Once dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to reroute deliveries.
  • Antila Clothing cannot ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

RETURN POLICY

  •  If you would like to return an item you must return the item within 14 days of receipt and email sales@antilaclothing.com upon sending your item back.
  • We will only accept full priced merchandise in original packaging with original labels. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in original packaging.
  • Refunds do not include return shipping costs.
  • Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment.
  • Sale merchandise is final sale, refunds will not be issued.

REPAIRS

  • Antila Clothing takes special care to hand-craft unique products.  While all items are closely quality controlled, should your item not arrive in perfect condition, please email sales@antilaclothing.com immediately and we can assist you.
